Lady Bird Lake

A river-shaped reservoir in the heart of Austin.

Suggestions & Tips

You can definitely just walk the paths and take in the sights, but since you’ll be in Austin in October, you’ll probably be able to see the bats at Congress Avenue Bridge. Consider a sunset kayak tour to see the bats from a unique vantage point in the middle of the water!
